Winlink Presentation By John Mishler N3JWM – January 23rd At Custer

A golden opportunity has been presented to us! John Mishler, N3JWM, will join us at Custer at 10:30 AM this Tuesday to tell us about WinLink. And he will try to install it on the Club’s station. For those who wonder what WinLink is – it’s a way of sending email by radio using amateur radio bands. Neat stuff. I’m told it is essential during emergencies. And I’m also told it’s not difficult to get up and running. Imagine that – Email by amateur radio!
